Wendy Amey is a psychotherapist who specializes in the assessment and treatment of psychological trauma and in 2012 she successfully completed a research-based Masters in psychological trauma (practitioner), with the University of Chester, UK. Wendy is an Associate with the International Centre for Clinical Excellence (ICCE) and has a clinical practice that provides trauma assessment and treatment throughout the UK and Ireland. In 2008, Wendy helped to set up The Veterans Outreach Support ‘drop in’ centre in Portsmouth, UK, where she continues to work in a voluntary capacity.
Telemental health is now at the forefront of service delivery in the UK and elsewhere. Tele-therapy-UK is a new online service that Wendy has launched, in association with a recently formed online psychiatric practice. The new service will offer a ‘virtual’ clinic that enables fast and efficient access to high levels of mental health expertise to anyone seeking help, irrespective of their geographic location.

Dr Andy Montgomery (MbBChir, PhD, MRCP, MRCPsych)
Dr Andy Montgomery qualified as a doctor in 1992 from Cambridge University and The Royal London medical school. He initially worked in general medicine obtaining his membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 1995. He has worked as a psychiatrist since 1996, and obtained a doctorate in neuroscience at Imperial College London for work using brain imaging to measure changes in neurotransmitter levels in psychiatric disorders. He worked in Plymouth as a consultant in General Adult Psychiatry from 2005-2012. His special interests are the pharmacological management of mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD and schizophrenia.
